We serve lawsuits on people being sued.Our clients are law firms that represent plaintiffs. Our clientscall us with jobs.

Each job represents an individual or companythat is being sued and must be served with the lawsuit in person.Our company hires independent contractors to do the actual serviceof the process.

We’re the middle man making sure that each job isdone in a timely and correct manner. Scope of the Role We'relooking for a data entry person to potentially grow into a fulltime operator Duties and responsibilities : - Entering jobs in theProcess Server Toolbox (PST).

Each job has 6-8 data entry points. -Update Spreadsheet (SS) with new jobs. - Upload attachments on eachjob. Each job contains 3-6 attachments per job.

• Send email to theprocess server (Subcontractor) who will be responsible for eachjob. - Update PST with any jobs specific instructions.
• Reviewattempts made by Process Servers. - Notify clients of any updateson any specific jobs. - Review PST with notes from clients, servers- Communicate with clients, servers when necessary.
• CallDefendants to try to locate them. - Communicate with ProcessServers to obtain updates on jobs when necessary. Requirements -Proficient in the following tools : Google Sheets, Outlook -Detail-oriented, willing to learn - Comfortable with data entry andwith making calls - 1 year minimum experience in relatedfield
